The best thing to do for chin pimples is to prevent them. The best way to prevent chin pimples is with the right diet. Chin pimples are a sign from your body telling you something is off balance on the inside. Once you start eating healthy, your chin pimples will naturally fade away.

Eat healthy- fruits, vegetables, lean meats, etc. Drink a normal amount of water- not too much, but be sure to drink water. Exercise regularly. Wash your face in the morning and at night, but don't dry the skin out so moisturize. Use an exfoliating face wash a few times during the week, and a cleanser every day. Consult your dermatologist if you think it's an acne related problem. If you wear makeup try coverup [non pore clogging] but take good care of your skin. Refrain from touching your face a lot, esp if your hands are dirty. Try face masks sometimes.
    What is your skin type?
