Brown Spots

I have a horrid biggish brown spot on my face which I really hate. How can I get rid of it without having laser treatment?

The one on my chin is definitely a mole because it is raised but the one on my cheek isn't. There normally darker than this but in the photo im trying to cover it up as much as poss with make up. Does anyone know what type of brown spot the one on my cheek is?

Also I heard that aloe vera and lemon juice can fade them?

You can use a skin bleaching agent that contain 2% hydroquinone, microdermabrasion or chemical peels to help fade the brown spot on your cheek. However, I don't recommend using skin agents on the raised mole because in could inflame it. Laser surgery is the best way to remove moles. You should perhaps visit a dermatologist who would be able to examine the mole and remove it from your chin. As for using lemon juice, it may be possible to fade spots with lemon juice. But could be irritating for people with sensitive skin.
