    A billion little spots
If anyone reading this has any advice please help...

My face, top of my arms, chest and now boobs are absolutely covered in tiny tiny tiny lile black head spots, if you squeeze them (this sounds disgustin sorry, but you do actually get puss like stuff oozing from them) the worst areas are like my nose and chin and round my mouth.

Its really bad though as my skin feels so uneven and if I rub in like savalon it doesn't get rid of them, I've tried alsorts like clean and clear blackhead removal lotions and nothing works?

It sounds like you need to exfoliate your skin. Have you tried proactiv?
It works wonders. They have body washes as well as face washes.

Blackheads are caused by partially blocked pores. The "black" appearance of them is not caused by dirt, but by the oxidizing effect of air on the sebum (oil) in a blocked pore and the melanin pigment from the dead skin cells.

Try using a gentle exfoliating cleanser every day to remove dead skin cells so they don't block the pores. Then use a mild exfoliant to loosen and remove the blackheads. You can use topical creams or lotions, such as beta hydroxy, alpha hydroxy or Retin-A to help remove blackheads.
