Bad acne

Hi I'm faith and I need to know how can you get rid of bad acne. Yes I'm a black individual in need of lot of help. I have 4 kids and my oldest is going through the same thing.

I tried St. Ives apricot scrub..use daily with a rough washcloth...it worked for me..hope it does for you too!
