Any Helpful Hints

Hi' i have a question, ive been doing my own hair colorings and friends hair for a while now... but my sis in law wants me to retouch her highlights that were done by a previous hair stylist. Should i redoo the whole thing (base color & highlights)? ans the reason i dont want to just retouch it is because im afraid the shade of blonde i do, might not be the same as her previous highlights.

Helpful Hints will be Apreciated

PrettyLady - Join Date: Oct 2005 Location: NJ & NY Posts: 2,776	If your friend has blonde highlights and the dark roots are starting to show, you will need to re-touch her hair with bleach first, then use the selected color.
