triple crown set b.b. cards

I have a 3 card set of signed triple card winners. purchased in 00 when these were the only living winners. Ted Williams, Frank Robinson and Carl Yastrzemski. All signed in leather case and with cert of auth. Paid 500.00 in 2000. Are they worth anything today?
