I was wondering if my husband declares bankrupcy if that would affect his ex wife at all. She has a car financed in his name, he had to sign a way his rights to, but still gets a letter when she misses a payment. Also they have numerous bills in both of thier names. Will the bill collectors go after her after the bankrupcy?
