Hi , I have defaulted on my credit cards payments for 2 years . I already paid 2 of my credit card debts to Collection agency . I have only one more credit debt to clear.(ca. $4,500)

Can I get a credit card or bank loan if I pay my credit card debt in full?
Can I negotiate with the collection Agency about my debt?
How long does it take after paying off my debt that my credit score will be cleared?

You may get some limited credit card now, who knows, but as more time goes by, after you paid the last card the better chance you will have.

yes you can negotiate if they will.

it starts clearing and will keep clearing over the next 7 years.
