What can I do?
I Lost a small claims court case in South Dakota (which has an $8000+ cap) I work in South Carolina, Live in Michigan, Can he garnish my wages in SC without SC lawyers, before my Chap 7 is filed? By the way I drive Commercial Trucks that is why the stuff is weird...?
