I want to declare bankruptcy.

Will it erase all my debts or just some of them? I live in Ny state so can someone please just give me some info? Thanks!

Of course are you talking about Chapter 7 or 13. It is much harder now than last year to file for bankruptcy. Your first visit to a bankrupcy attorney is normally free ( always ask) I would advice seeing one.
