Wage Garnishment & taxes

My wages are going to be garnished in ga for unpaid rent for a house i moved out of 1 year ago. Im wondering if they will also take my taxes next year.

First, please pay more attention to posting guidelines. There is a BIG RED READ ME FIRST sticky at the top of the Forum Help forum (where this was moved from) that explains that Forum Help is ONLY for questions about using this site.

So, you moved out and stiffed the landlord. They sued you and got a judgment. Now they are using that judgment to garnish your wages.

Its unlikely they will attach your tax return, but, if they know where you bank, they may seize your account.
