I am currently having my wages garnished. Payment was with held from two of my pay checks, upon the second payment the creditor also garnished my checking account withholding the remainder of my paycheck that I had deposited leaving me penniless (actually in arrears to the bank for $970). This holding also gave the creditor more money than I owed. Help all my monthly bills have bounced, I need help before the bank releases the money to the creditor.
