Pay to call ScottGem for advice ($.75/min) | If you have been sued and have a judgement against you, but there is no money to pay, not much you can do. |

Pay to call ScottGem for advice ($.75/min) | Ok maybe you need to explain further. Are you being garnished? Is the problem that more than you can afford is being taken out?
why would you get a loan when you can just make payments to the creditor? |

Pay to call ScottGem for advice ($.75/min) | That doesn't answer all that I asked. Are you currently being garnished? If so, how much is being taken? |

Pay to call ScottGem for advice ($.75/min) | Ok, So your options are to try and negotiate with the creditor for a more affordable amount. A loan might be a possibility but would probaby cost you more than the garnishment. Another option might be bankruptcy.
Try contacting the creditor and see what you can negotiate. |
