Trying to make it right

Hello Everyone - I'm a new user

I have a judgement agaisnt me and I'm trying to make it right. I want to make an agreement and pay monthy, weekly whatever is agreed upon. However, I would like to ask should I go back to the origianl creditor or the collection agency? Does it make a difference?
