Texas Garnishment Levy

I have just had my checking account garnished for a debt of $3200.00. I have since paid the collector the entire amount, however, there is still a charge against my account for over $800.00 labled Texas Garnishment Levy. Will I get this money back from my bank?

Did the collector file suit, or did an attorney? Get a release or dismissal of garnishment from the collector (or attorney), file the original (if it will not) and take a service copy to your bank.

Thank you your response, it was filed by an attorney. So once that is done, the bank will reverse out the charge?
