Surprize judgment

I've been paying on a past due credit card for about 6 months now. I pay $115 per month. I have a signed stipulation of settlement agreement that clearly states, they will not move forward with a judgment unless I broke my payment agreement. I have always payed on time, they take out of my checking account every month, never been late. Today I received a transcript of a judgment that was brought against me. I have payed almost $700, and I don't see anywhere where they have deducted that. They are sueing me for the origanal amount. The woman at the attourneys office had the audacity to tell me the judgment was basically standard procedure and not to worry about it. I am so FURIOUS....I'm not sure what to do, advice anyone?
