Summons for credit card charge off?

Just got a summons for a credit card that was charged off. I dont remember the account and have no records. Have had only 9 days to figure out what is going on. Called the Plaintiff's attorney and they want me to pay 8664.00 on a 3499.00 charge off. interest fees etc...Said they would be glad to start me on payments. I told them I didnt remember the account and would get back with them. The summons only exhibit is some kind of fax that is smeared so bad you can not read it. Have not had time to find a attorney and time is almost up. I live in Missouri and the last activity on the account was close to 5 years ago. What about SOL? What do I do about court? If I lose the judgment how long do I have to pay? Please Help!!!!

File NOtice of Intent to Defend now with the court, if you dont they will obtain default judgment. File Motion to Dismiss at the same time for Expired SOL
