if i am judgement proof and my daughters car is under both our names can they take it away ihave a97 cavalier and she has a02 tahoe but she is paying for it i live in california

It will first depend on the state if they are even allowed to.

But in states where attachment of personal property for debts is allowed, they can try yes.

And as judgement proof I assume that means you have no bank account, you have no job and don't own anything ????
Of course if you are working under the table, if you are hiding money and proerty, and they find it, and prove it is yours only being hid, they can also get criminal charges filed.
