summond to court for a past credit card
I got a paper in the mail last week saying i was summond to courte for a past credit card it is for 1,300 plus courte cost and fees..I have no way of paying this i am laid if of work right now and only make 200.00 in unemployment every 2 weeks ..I live in Illinois i was just wondering what they will say to me or what will happened when i go there .. Any answers i would gladly appericate...Or what should i say to the judge when i go or the credit card lawyer that will be there ..thank you

File Notice of Intend to Defend, when you go to court, demand to see the original contract, not a copy the original. THey must have it to proceed.

No Contract, No CLaim, deny all until they do.
