suets, judgements and bankruptcy

i have 200,oo in credit card debt. i am now disabled for life i get va dsability and ss can i be sued/judgement/lean? thank you

Now maybe the time to talk to a bankruptcy attorney for some advise at some point the cc companys may sue you and get a judgement which means they could freeze your bank accounts and that would be trouble you don't need.

Can you be sued, of course, and most likely if you don't pay they will.
Now most likely there is nothing they can get, depending on your state and its rights to collect.
