sucessful bankruptcy chapter7 lein againt name still exist

HI
I am new to the community but have a important question concerning bankruptcy. We filed
(my husband and I )bankruptcy chapter 7, 2 years ago and had all debt discharged. However
we recently are trying to refinance our home and the title company refuses to release the
title because one of the creditors included in the bankruptcy filed a lien against our names
not our property. we can't get the lawyers we filed bankruptcy with to address the issue
because they said their is nothing to address as the lien is not against the property. what
to we do to get the title released?

I am having the exact same problem, filed BK in 2002 debt dishcarged in 8/2002, bought a house 1/2005, but now Countrywide won't finalize the refinance because there are 2 judgements dated from 2001 showing in my CR

I have no idea what to do at this point.

Made an apointment with an attorney for monday 7/2/2007, we'll see.
