Bank Levy

A creditor has put a levy on my bank account for a court judgement on a past due credit card account. I didn't know about the court judgement till today. Now all of my funds are on hold. I was told that I would need to go to the court house to get a copy of the judgement order. My question is, I have automatic deposits next week one for my paycheck and the other is for court ordered back child support. My question is: Will one or both of those deposits be frozen as well?

Yes, you need to contact each of these and try to stop that check, once that money goes into that account it will be frozen. ( unless it is over the amout you owe)
