Credit Card Debt - Oversea Student
I was an oversea student in OH and I have 10K credit card debt before I back to my country in 2001. I just want to ask does this credit card debt still valid ? did the credit card company completely write off the bad debt ? how can i check my credit history or outstanding balance ? THANKS

You signed for the card and incurred the debt, correct? You aren't disputing that? If so, the debt is valid. Whether the company wrote it off does not absolve you of the debt.

You can check your credit report for with any of the credit agencies. Just do a WEB search for credit reports for more info.
