Will filing bankruptcy harm my credit worthiness as a new retailer?

Normally a new business if you are the owner, is based on your personal credit, so with that if you go bankrupt then it will hurt your credit.

But to be honest sometimes if you owe alot , are not paying, late on payments, some peoples credits actually get better if they file bankruptcy
