Settle my judgement & release hold on my bank account

2 Answers Thanks for taking my question, A creditor placed a judgement against me and had my bank account frozen. I called my bank and they said to contact the court, the court told me to contact the creditor. She said that the creditor has the power to release the hold on my account. I don't feel that I am obligated to pay them every penny of the amount they want. How do I make a settlement with them and get them to release the hold on my account. I know these things are touchy and I want to make sure and handle this properly to unsure getting access to at least some of my money. How do you recommend I handle this? Thanks, GelMan79 |

| I turned my judgements over to Please Reduce My Debt and they turned it over to Fbl & Associates and in the process of collecting funds from my account and paying off their set up fee, my bank account was frozen and the payments stopped. Moreover they stop doing anything for me so the late fees and interest accummilated. When they realize that they couldn't anything else for me cause they screwed up, they decided to cancel me from the program. The constables came to my home and threatened to take my accesses taking picture of them. This scared me so bad I lost waite and sleep for many nights. They sent out Cease and disist letters to my account causing me not to be able to talk to my creditors. Please help me out of this. I would like to get my accounts back in my hands and settle out of debt for less. Thank You Carla Bartell | ||||
