repo people used my cell phone
I'll keep this short and sweet… My car was repo'd… My cell phone fell out of my pocket as I was getting my personal belongings out ( I didn't realize this until the recovery people were gone)…. Got my car and phone back BUT I just looked at my phone bill and the night they took my car/phone there are video download charges. The recovery people snooped thru my phone AND they downloaded like $6 worth of stuff on MY phone. It's not the money that bothers me but the fact that I have personal stuff on my phone. Can I sue them or do anything at all??? These people threatened me and my boyfriend when they took my car and now I see this?? Unbelievable

The problem is all you could sue for is $6. Hardly worth it. I would simply report it to the repo company in the hopes that they discipline their people.

I dunno. When I borrowed money from Bubba, and didn't pay him back, he sent two guys over here who busted my nose and kicked my dog. Plus, I still had to pay him. Can you believe that?

I'da been happy if they only used my cell phone.....
