Can the Ford lawyers seize my (car paid in full) for the unpaid balance of a vehicle that was repossed after my inability to pay due to disability?

Disability as the reason for non-payment does not enter into this situation.

Yes, after it obtains a Judgment against you Ford can use any legal means to get paid.

I'd be surprised if they seize your car. Sometimes costs more than the get by the time they store it, sell it, etc. Usually they just move against wages and bank accounts but, yes, they can seize the car.
