recieved a summons but filing bankruptcy

I am concerned about how much time I would have before the creditors lawyers can start accessing my bank account since I received the complaint letter before I started the bankruptcy. I have about 60-90 days before it is finalized would they be able to access my account after a response to them is given and how long do I have before they can do that?

If you received a summons, you have to answer that summons so that a court hearing is scheduled. Once the hearing is held, if a judgement is granted against you, it depends on how quick the plaintiff acts to attach assets.

Would they push a court hearing out if they knew I was filing bankruptcy?

No don't mention it, but you should be talking to your attorney about this.
