| They can garnish your bank accounts, and also your stuff, that's true. They cannot take anything not in the name of the person who owes the money. (If your husband owns a car totally his, in his name, you're not linked to it in any way, I don't think they can just take his car away) I would suggest talking to a lawyer since they already got a judgment against you and he can tell you/help you about/with the whole chapter 13 issue, it might help you or not, I'm not sure.
