processer server trying to serve me

There is a processer server pretty sure it is chase. He has come a couple of times to try to serve legal documents. I told him that party doesn't live here. He came back a 2nd time and said that the cars in this yard have his name on it. I still said he doesn't live here. Is it legal that they write down my license plates and run them? If this is a violation of my privacy I plan on taking this processer to court... is this possible?

Sorry, but you are in the wrong here by trying to dodge service. The process server has done nothing wrong.

The process server is mainly just a specially trained FedEx delivery person. YOU might find yourself in a heap of trouble, but he certainly will not.

yes, at some point they will merely use another form of service, and they will hold the court hearing without you there, ( since you would not accept the service) at that point they will merely get a default judgement against you.

he knows where you live, so he knows you are lying.

So when they start the garnishment of your check and you come back here to say you never were informed, sorry they are trying to.
