what is the worst that can happen if you do not pay a payday loan and close your bank account? I tried to work out a payment plan with them and they would not give me a resonable amount to pay back, what do I do? I have another bank account and i am worried that they might find that account info thru another payday loan place i have and go in and take out of my husbands social security check I need help on what to do.

did you write them a check that they were suppose to deposit.

Then they try and run that check though, and then file go to the DA and charge you with a criminal bad check.

Next run, don't walk away from any and all payday loan places, they will come after you hard, if not though criminal court, though local small claims and get a judgemnt, and they will then get an attachment of any and all bank accounts, and a garnishment of your check if they can.
