PAY Day Loan - Gone to Small Business Court

Hi,

Need some professional advice. Took a pay day loan 6 months ago for $750 which i could not pay but now after all these months the company has filed my case with small business court here in Toronto, CANADA. They are asking for $1500 now which includes NSF,Legal, interest charges etc.

What will happen now and what should i do since it has gone the court. I cannot make any payments as i am not working but can pay in installments. What will the court do to me??? will there we a judgement or something??

Please advise!!!

How do you know you are going to court? have you been served? i also had payday lons and they told me they were taking it to court, but never did and i was never served.

could be just scaring you. unless you have already been served, then i would not know what court will do
