Pay to call ScottGem for advice ($.75/min) | First it is not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's thread. This tends to cause confusion. So your post was moved to its own thread.
What will probaably happen is they will sue him and obtain a judgement against him. They will then try and go after any assets he has. |

| Is his name on any of your property? At least here in Florida the only way they can go after your things is if you put his name on your property. They can't just go after anyone who helps him, they can only go after HIS Assets. So if he doesn't have his name on anything that belongs to you, keep it that way. Don't put his name on anything of yours. |

Pay to call ScottGem for advice ($.75/min) | As long as you don't co own any assets, and are not signed onthe debt, they can't come after you. |
