life ins policy and bankruptcy
i have 3 insurance policey and i'm filing banrupty ,can they take that from my wife when i die ,,thank you

After the bankrutpcy is final, it is final. If there is cash value in the policy, you may have to declare the value in the policy ( not death benifit but the cash value) if they are term policies they have no bearing on it.

After the bankruptcy is final, that is it it is final.
