Filled Ch 13, reporting 7

Filed Ch 13, reporting 7

I originally filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy July 2006, it was denied, so my lawyer filed Chapter 13. The last Credit Report I pulled 7/07 has Chapter 7 listed, what can I do as I try to repair my credit to buy a home?
