judgment on past bankruptcy

My ex husband and I filed a bankruptcy in April 2003, we had a judgment against us that was discharged in the bankruptcy and it is still on my credit report. Its ruining my new husbands credit and my much improved credit. How do I rectify this and change my credit report?
