Joint property ownership

My wife owns 50% of a large piece of property inherited from her mother's estate. Her sister owns the other 50%. The sister and their brother live on the property, my wife does not and hasn't lived there for over 20 years. The sister and brother pay the property taxes, etc. My wife is an owner in name only but the sister does not want full ownership nor do they want the brother to have any ownership. If my wife and I declare bankrupcy, could the court force them to sell the property? Ohio
