this pass year i've gotten into horrible debt. My 17 yr old got in a lot of trouble with the law. between lawyer fees and 3 times bailing him out of jail on one investigation, i found myself sacrificing bills. One loan company has already garnished my check. i have an irresponsible husband and am pretty much on my own figuring out what to do. My nerves are bad. should i file chapter 13 so i can have time to pay these creditors? i went to cccs and they told me to seek legal advice or get a second job.
