In 1990 I had a house forclosed on - subsiquently there was a judgment against me -- I have heard NOTHING about this judgement since -1991
Last week I got a Subpeona to appear before an Attorney to give a deposition about this debt -
My question is - Is this still a viable debt for collection - and what can I expect at the deposition.
Thanks for any help you can give.

If they had judgement, normally they are valid for 10 years but can be renewed, If they still hold a valid judgement, ( a judgement stops the SOL rules) so if they have renewed thier judgement, it may well be valid still.
