But the car debt was for my older sister so i can them her number and but they said they are still going to put a lien on my house but the house has two other owner on it . First, they would have to obtain a judgement. Even if they do, most places don't allow a lien against a primary residence for unsecured debt. But even if they do place a lien, they can't force you to sell. They can onlly wait until you sell to collect.

Its also not clear whether this is your debt ("I have a debt") or its your sisters ("the car debt was for my older sister"). If you signed on the loan then you are responsible for it.

Are you on your sisters loan application for the car? If you are then yes, but a lien just means that when the house is sold your portion of the profits would go to them before you see a dime.
