Ms Tina

This is from the same web site I use. It is a fantastic resource! I highly recommend you take a look. Here is the address:
Debt Validation: The ultimate weapon against the collection agencies

It has lots of links and graphics sprinkled through it, so whatever you're looking for may not have made it in there, or it may be more clear in the original format.

I have a company contacting me on an account but on my credit report it is still being reported under the orginal finance company, not the collector. The orginal finance company says they "sold" it to another company.
What do I do in this case?
