Have to have a vehicle

Need to put truck in on bankruptcy owe to much / upside down can't afford ,but I need a truck can I buy anouther truck before I file and not have to put it on the bankruptcy list ?

You will have to get permission from the trustee to buy another vechile. You will need to explain how you can pay for it but not the other one
