garnishment

I was served papers which I answered and sent the lawyer a demand for verification. They ignored the verification request and went to a different court and got a summary judgement. That judgement went through 3 months ago. Today I got a Summons of Continuing Garnishment. I left that job 6 months ago. Who do I call to find out if this is real? The paper is not dated, and it says they should hold all money and wages except what is exempt and it came by regular mail. I am afraid they will go after my bank account. Thanks for any help

File Motion to Quash the garnishment, so call the court here the summary judgment wasgranted and get copy of the file.

They must served you with notice before judgment can be obtain.

File Motion to vacate judgment for lack of proper serves and lack of subject matter jurisdication.
