financed car and bankruptcy

if I am financing a car and go nto bankruptcy do I lose the car? please advise

It depends on what you do, chp. 7 you can give it back or you dont have to give it back you can choose not to file the car, just continue paying the loan, that is if you aren't behind on it, chp.13 you can keep the car and you will be given a plan to pay the loan off, also they can't repo the car.
