I am writing the defendants disclosure statement and need a little help. When it asks what are the facts supporting the claim I am putting the fact that the debt is not mine, if it is mine the amount is not right and I have never signed a contract.

The next question is asking for a description of damages and copies of any exhibit that show how you calculated the dollar value of the damages claimed. In this I am putting that I believe there are no damages as Plaintiff is a third party debt collector that knowingly (Volenti non fit inuria) purchases bad debt for pennies on the dollar and Plaintiff is not entitled to Unjust-Enricment.

It then asks what law supports your claim - not sure how to answer that can someone help and let me know if I am on the right track
