Hello David - Hello Harry..... you should meet, and.... maybe marry...

Ok, forget that.

David: Depending on where you live, there is a time limit on suing you. There is NO time limit to your promise to pay it back.

Harry (I mean Barbara): It really depends on how YOU want to figure it. Google the term "amortization table". You'll find websites that will let you input your own numbers. They’ll tell you how much to charge every month and how that money is to be allocated.

Im not sure how long it is, but i owed a credit card debt since the early 2000's and now my job check is being garnished. so if theres no payments made then theyre take what they can. and one of my bank accounts was frozen because of this.

Thats a long time for an account to stay frozen maybe you should consider filing bankruptcy
I do not know all of your cirumstances but if it was me and I had an account frozen and my check garnished I would be talking to an attorney I know it can be difficult trying to live like that at least talk to an attorney to get some advice
