Cross Border Wage Garnishee

As a resident alien, I live and work in the US. My house in Ontario, Canada is facing foreclosure by the bank. If the Bank forecloses and sells the house and property for an amount less than the mortgage, can the Canadian bank garnishee my wages? Is it likely that they will garnishee? Anyone with experience in this? Thanks. Grex8375
