Chase Bank unsecured debt

I have a really interesting case. My mom and me stupidly about four years ago agreed to let me use her credit card. She had a balance of zero and I brought it up to $26,000.00 over four years after transferring debt and other items to this card. I have been paying the bill religiously for a long time and recently in October had some financial hardships. I missed a payment and they skyrocketed the interest and increased the minimum payment. I couldn't afford to pay them. I have tried calling them to work out payment arrangements but they want at least $650.00 a month and I can't afford that. I don't know what to do. I have tried several debt settlement firms and they will not take it because of the balance transfers and because 2% of the debt is cash advances. Debt counseling and consolidation will help but they want more than Chase does. I want to pay this damn thing but I need a price I can work with. I feel so stupid thats at least how chase made me feel with one of the conversations I had with them. I have done a lot of research for Texas law. I know they cannot garnish your wages, they cannot take your house, but I have seen info on a writ of execution for personal property seizure. I would just kill myself if I thought that someone were trying to take my moms and dads property. They live on my dads pension, I would hope to believe that they couldn't take that or anything in their house they don't have anything. Someone please help I want to resolve this before it gets out of hand I have about $350.00 I can play with to pay these people. I know it takes about 3 to four years to get a judgment but I want to resolve it know. Thanks, Jon
