Canadian seeks additional info , my next step is?

Back in January 9 of last month I received letter attached with it a draft of small claims document stating i have to pay IN FULL to stop court action 3000.00 plus dollars. I sent them a letter requesting them to send me the ORIGINAL SIGNED CONTRACT, itemized detail of all fees and interest, and that I would contact them as soon as I received those documents. I also requested that all communication would be done through writing only. I cc'd a copy to the Government Services Consumer Services Bureau. As of today, I havent recieved ANYTHING at all from this FINANCIAL DEBT RECOVERY AGENCY. WHat is my next step? Shall I send them another letter?

Send them a Notice of Default on thier failure to verify the alleged debt. and that you hereby deny that the alleged debt is yours.

Have a paper trail that you have try to verify and they have fail to prove their claim.

Would this Notice Of Default be just a simple letter that I would draw up or would I have to get this letter from a lawyer????? Should I cc a copy of this Notice to the Ministry as well?
