what shoul i do, if i have a judgement from credit card debt, and i have been asked to fill out a fact info sheet, asking for bank info, and i only have socicial security to live off of? are they wanting to freeze my checking account?

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone elses. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

Second, be careful about posting the same question several times. I removed the duplicates.

They can't garnish SS payments. If you give your bank a letter stating that only SS payments go into the account they can't touch that either.
